Don't miss this showcase event held at Llysfaen Pétanque Club for 2025 and in association with This Is Pétanque and Pétanque North West.
The club invites you to a big weekender of pétanque where you will come up against some strong teams all looking to lift the trophy. The main competition format will be determined when all teams have secured their place via entry. However, reliable sources can already report that there will be a minimum of four games to get you fired up for this big event.
There will be a friendly melée held on the afternoon of Saturday the 24th of May to help players settle in and to build on the atmosphere for the main event next day. Then on the morning of the 26th the club will also hold a Breakfast BBQ mélée. It is expected that the winning team from the main event on the previous day will be gloating in their glory. This is your last chance to beat them!
Some spaces will be available for motorhomes on site or very locally so please enquire with the club for more details. In addition, The LCRA Fundraising Club will be providing food (when pre-booked) and drinks on the day.
The club is excited to announce that Bragdy Conwy Brewery will be supporting our event! Known for their commitment to sustainability, Bragdy Conwy Brewery crafts natural, flavorful beers that minimize environmental impact. Each year, they produce over 1 million pints, featuring a diverse selection of 11 traditionally casked and bottled ales, along with kegged and canned options.
Additionally, we’re also thrilled to welcome the beloved Sunrise Patisserie as a supporter of the event. Something which is promised to bring a touch of sunshine to the gathering as this great patisserie offer handmade & authentic pastéis de nata all the way from the bakery in Lisbon, Portugal!
